The R GRiP Bar works perfectly with all our R GRiP single handles or any other handles with a 15mm hole diameter.   Constructed from solid 15mm powdercoated steel rod. Featuring our RG 3 hole cable hook bar for multiple angle adjustment. Solid steel threaded nut for easy handle change overs.  The R GRiP Bar is all you need when training with our handles for wrist, finger, grip strength and more.
